This jamba location has the habit of serving the smoothies a few ounces short, when confronted they get upset and give you a smart answer, today she said “our c... read more This jamba location has the habit of serving the smoothies a few ounces short, when confronted they get upset and give you a smart answer, today she said “our cups are bigger than 20 ounces, but there’s 20 ounces there [in the cup]”, why the company makes larger cups than the established standard, as the cups are made for all locations. What happened is that I order two mangos go-go both large, she made only one blending for both and came up short. Hope management addresses it with their staff. Come on.

I come to Jamba every other week and lately I’ve been having problems with this carrot karma drink I get, last week I believe I came ordered the drink and my ma... read more I come to Jamba every other week and lately I’ve been having problems with this carrot karma drink I get, last week I believe I came ordered the drink and my mango pieces weren’t at the bottom of the drink they were blended in so I had called to get a remake and the floor lead/manager the white guy with the broken finger said very rudely he was the one that made the drink and he put it at the bottom, the attitude was unnecessary. Today 3/18/2023 around 530ish I got the same drink carrot karma and had asked for the pieces at the bottom of my drink and got charged for it when I didn’t want extra? I just wanted to make sure they were at the bottom like they were supposed to be and the same rude manager/floor manager made the drink and a quarter of the drink is big pieces of mango??? the management is so poor and employees are so rude.

Luckily, I tend to drink them quickly, so it’s not a major problem. On the bright side, the smoothies have definitely gotten better; there's no need to request them to be thicker anymore. However, I wouldn't recommend the new breakfast sandwiches. At $5, they're overpriced, and the biscuit is surprisingly small. Honestly, they're not worth it — I'd suggest steering clear of those.

When I suggested that they should at least wear their mask if that's the policy, they just made a joke about having a big face. I would have left right away if my child hadn't wanted to eat there so much.
