Jamba - Hanford
Jamba
Description
Tucked away in Riverside, Jamba Juice is a small gem known for its delicious smoothies, particularly the celebrated Caribbean Passion. While many patrons appreciate the friendly staff and consistent quality, experiences can vary. Some customers have encountered service delays and cleanliness concerns, including pests, which led to disappointment and refunds denied. Despite these hiccups, regulars applaud the staff's resilience and adaptability, especially in busy situations. While new items like breakfast sandwiches have been criticized for poor value, the overall atmosphere remains inviting, with many leaving happy and ready to return for their smoothie fix.

I really miss the old cups at this restaurant! The new paper ones don’t keep my smoothie cold for very long. Luckily, I tend to drink them quickly, so it’s not a major problem. On the bright side, the smoothies have definitely gotten better; there's no need to request them to be thicker anymore. However, I wouldn't recommend the new breakfast sandwiches. At $5, they're overpriced, and the biscuit is surprisingly small. Honestly, they're not worth it — I'd suggest steering clear of those.
I was asked to wait outside because I didn't have a mask, but the employee who told me this had their mask pulled down to their chin. When I suggested that they should at least wear their mask if that's the policy, they just made a joke about having a big face. I would have left right away if my child hadn't wanted to eat there so much.
This restaurant is consistently outstanding, although there might be an occasional smoothie that doesn't quite meet expectations. Overall, the experience is always fantastic, thanks to the quick and exceptional service provided by the staff. I highly recommend it to everyone.
I miss the old cups! The new paper ones don’t keep the smoothies cold for as long. Fortunately, I drink them quickly and never order a large. On a positive note, the smoothies have really improved—I no longer have to specifically request that they be thick. Now, about the new breakfast sandwiches: they are definitely not worth the $5! The biscuit was only about half the size of my child's hand—so tiny! I would not recommend buying the new sandwiches at all.
