Jack In The Box - Lemon Grove

I'll never come to this Jack in the box. I'd rather go to Tryon Street. This place is dirty and people are rude from the manager. I want to let the low-class manager know that she has no skills to be what she is. She knows nothing about the treatment of customers. I think if she gets any bonuses at the end of the tyrant, she shouldn't. She's the ruthless person I met in a fast food restaurant... Very low class and the word ghetto concerns them. Her nails are dirty and she shouldn't spend the food period. I recommend any inspection, including the stupid manager. She let me wait more than 15 minutes for a combo that I got cold and the wrong order and she refused to fulfill my service. The customer never cares if the employees are bad for other reasons. The customer should always be right! But in this case, I wasn't arguing them with customers and making them wait with a stupid ugly face that makes them. No customer service.

This one is a good one. Good people working the drive through. Burgers and fries are better than Hardee's now in my opinion. Good cups. Jack in the Box is on back on my list for food choices.

I have order from the Pineville/Matthew's location, the Dave Lyle location, and the Westinghouse location. Westinghouse has the best service, freshest food, and is the most convenient location to get in and out of.

We came by this morning for some breakfast and the doors were locked but the manager came to the door and seen we were in a big truck and opened the doors so that we could get some food.... As we were leaving another customer came to the locked door and he allowed him in also...I thought that was cool of the new manager there!!!! Thank you

I was amazed with their great costumer service, which is very rare these days !
