When indicating that there was a vegetarian option, when booking we were given the option of a dish not on the menu. One of us had to eat in 45 minutes due to a work emergency, we discussed it with the staff and they went out of their way to serve him quickly, the rest of us ate at our own pace, enjoying each of the dishes.
