Great place! waitstaff was especially well-being and knowledgeable about what was vegan on the menu. can sub tofu for eggs in breakfast dishes, I had the gallo pico with tofu (black beans, rice, pico, and avocado) and it was great. can not go wrong, and three options are better than none!

I finished a gallo pinto. it is a costa rico inspired dish with base of rice, black beans, avocado other sweets are added. replace the eggs with tofu. delicious.

Just finished a Gallo Pinto. It 's a Costa Rico inspired dish with base of rice, black beans, avocado other veggies are added. Replace the eggs with tofu. Delicious.

Not sure why the other reviews are so negativeI had the breakfast sandwich and my wife had a breakfast skillet and both were really good.
