Mcdonald's - Feedback

What Robert Popa Emil doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This is the worst service my family has ever experienced at McDonald's. The staff did not pay attention to our order, took a long time to prepare it, forgot our shakes, and were rude when asked about it. I wanted to share what a great time we had today at this restaurant. We enjoyed a meal with our grandchild and were pleasantly surprised when the manager brought out an ice cream cone for the baby after she finished her McNuggets. It was a lovely gesture that made our experience even better. This kind of excellent customer service is one of the reasons why we frequent this McDonalds so often. View all feedback.
