Panera Bread
Description
At Panera Bread, guests often rave about the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, appreciating the clean, inviting environment and the quick service offered through their app. Dishes like the Autumn Squash soup and chicken salad sandwich frequently receive praise for their flavor and quality, enticing customers back for regular visits.
However, a wave of recent reviews reveals growing dissatisfaction, with reports of subpar ingredients in salads, issues with takeout orders, and concerns over food hygiene. A notable complaint involves finding plastic in the popular tomato soup, leading to frustration and a reluctance to return. While many cherish Panera for its comforting meals, these inconsistencies unveil a palpable decline in quality that has left some diners disappointed.

One of my favorite places for lunch! Great variety and always fresh. So glad don’t have to go across the bridge to go to Panera! Rewards program is awesome also.
We love Panera and go there every where we travel. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is convient to other shopping and right off the main road.
It doesn't get any easieIr or any better to grab great coffee, fresh food, and free wifi. This is my favorite place to meet with clients or colleagues in the morning or to go it alone to get some work done. Sign up for their card, and get some freebies! You're welcome :
I like their bagels, though most my visits are for lunch. I enjoy their soup and sandwich combos. Check out their bakery items too.
Unfortunately, I found that about a quarter of the lettuce in my salad was wilted, slimy, or otherwise unappetizing, and there was absolutely no chicken on it. The fruits and veggies in the salad tasted as if they hadn't been rinsed, and some of the blueberries and strawberries appeared to be past their prime. Additionally, the French baguette was placed unwrapped on top of my salad in the bag, which was rather unhygienic. The fruit cup was similarly disappointing, with old and somewhat slimy strawberries and blueberries that were half spoiled. On a positive note, the mac and cheese and soup seemed acceptable. In total, we spent $29.30 and ended up throwing most of it away. As someone who rarely has time for lunch, spending this much money only to be unable to eat is quite frustrating. I don't anticipate returning anytime soon.
