Masked is a destination that must be known for its quality and attention to the visitor. the gastronomic bet of the team of josé ignacio jauregui for taking care of the euskal txerri produces satisfaction. in this case with the suletin menu, where the ear with peppers and the only ring jotifies the trip. to come back, no doubt.

In the restaurant of the mask we offer two menus: masked (30 euros) and suletina (37 euros). We chose the latter, since it has more entrance and the first one seemed short. We have cured ham and loin, tasting of different sausages, duck, ham croquettes, bacon with truffle, pepper papacy, lemon skin, panceta with garbanzo lagarto and roasted gorrín. For dessert, we chose pantxineta and cuajada. everything was very good, highlighting the tasting of sausages, bacon, papada and gorrín. what didn't bring us is that the ham was machine cut instead of a knife and that some dishes were very small. In addition, they charged us with water and bread apart, a little ugly, as if the menu price increased would be better. Wine and service letter, right. It's not a restaurant to go very often, but if you're a fan of pigs, you have to go without a doubt.
