All basic. The bad thing was the attention, we dropped our car keys (which had a name and phone number on them) and they were not able to call us to let us know. They messed us up a lot since the car was in the airport of another country to return home. My experience at the hotel has been extremely disappointing. Despite having made a reservation through their website in advance, when we arrived at the hotel we found ourselves with the unpleasant surprise that all the rooms were occupied. Worst of all, the staff were unable to offer us any alternative solutions. It is unacceptable that after we had planned and confirmed our stay, we found ourselves in a situation where there were no rooms available. Not only that, but the staff seemed uncaring and unwilling to help us resolve the situation. If someone is considering booking at this hotel, I would highly recommend that they use reliable booking platforms such as Booking, so that they have more security and do not fall victim to this lack of professionalism and commitment on the part of the hotel. It is frustrating to feel that we have been left in the lurch and without any proper solution.

We had dinner at the restaurant, the food was very good. Local cusine for a fair price. Really recommend it
