Red Lobster - Leith-Hatfield

Went for the endless shrimp.Usually got the admirals feast. Today my wife and I wanted shrimp. We're told endless shrimp is only on Mondays now. Not every day like it's still advertised. Still ordered 3 shrimp picks. Shrimp was good. Waitress great. But disappointed after seeing an online advertisement for endless shrimp. It was between there and Texas Roadhouse. Oh well, Roadhouse next time. That was today April 17th at 2:30 PM...Was told after it's endless Mondays only. Seldom dine out on Monday

My wife and I came in for lunch on Friday, April 12th. We both ordered the $25 endless shrimp. We both had the garlic shrimp scampi. Very rubbery and overcooked. When we told our server, she said the color looked right to her. She brought out another scampi for my wife which was cooked correctly. My sec round of shrimp, I requested the grilled shrimp. Whoever was cooking the shrimp in the kitchen needs more training. The grilled shrimp were overcook and burnt. The shrimp tails were black as charcoal. Also very bland. We won't be going back. If you want amazing shrimp, I suggest you visit Texas Roadhouse.

Was there quite a few times this year and had their specials Monday thru Thursday and always your seafood was great but the best part was the server Hailey she always had a smile and always checked to see if we needed anything . She was the best!! Can’t wait till next time there and will definitely ask for her. ?

Halfway through the meal, my daughter and my husband went to the restroom while I went outside to smoke a cigarette. We came back to the table and all the employees were gathered around our table gossiping how we skipped out on the bill. The entire restaurant was staring at us. One table commented to the wait staff how they got us back to pay our bill. How embarrassing; we weren’t even gone 5 minutes. And we had ordered more drinks. How could one even eat or drink after that? I spoke with the general manager and she said well, a lot of people are skipping out on the bill. Basically inferring they have to treat everyone as suspects on skipping out on their bill. I guess next time I’ll ask for permission to use the restroom so I don’t get accused of not paying my bill.

Coleslaw had absolutely no taste, it tasted just like wet cabbage. Sent it back waiter said yeah he knew it looked funny. Got a small bowl of soup which took a bit, then found a hair in it. Being it was taken the server so long in-between I decided not to say anything, didn't have time left to wait.
