Our visit was short, but we had a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional—very friendly staff. We ordered a malt and a swirl cone, both of which were wonderfully prepared and delicious. What Lilly Hyatt doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
I ordered an Moolatte on the app and when I got to the store to pick it up I was told they didn't have ice cream so they only said to go on the app to request a refund, which I die when I got back to work. They only offered a slushie as a replacement- which was over a dollar less than what I paid. I attempted to get a refund through the app which I ended up emailing the company. As of today I still haven't heard back... View all feedback.
Everything for good food, always served pretty fast. Restaurant was always nice and clean as well as the bathroom. No complaints.
I actually was buying something for someone else, so can't comment on the product's taste. However, the staff was polite and prompt.

My first time going to this DQ. The cashier was very friendly. She got our correct. The kitchen staff was speedy and accurate! The kind staff even made it easier to carry for us, without asking. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
