I ordered a Mexican pizza as usual, and I 've... read more I 've been a satisfied customer at Pizzaturm for a very, very long time, but today things have changed completely. I ordered a Mexican pizza as usual, and I 've noticed the last few times that the salami tastes somehow different and very strange. I took a quick photo via Google (and even Google recognized it), and it turned out that they 've recently started using sucuk instead of the promised and advertised pepperoni salami. I politely asked the employees and the manager about it, and they handed me a purchase invoice for salami with a reference to what I actually wanted... Thanks, too. The pictures and the confirmation from several Turkish acquaintances tell a different story. I 'm really disappointed that they 're driving away long-standing customers like this and scaring off new ones just as much. If they had said, Sorry, we made a mistake, or I 'll gladly refund your money or find you something else, all I got was... Their decision. I then left the store, truly disappointed. Dear Pizzaturm, I 've been with you for decades and am truly satisfied. But then just raise your prices by a euro or two and offer us the quality and trust we 've come to know and value for years!
