If you treat customers like you w... read more I don't like being treated like a criminal for reaching over the counter to grab 1 napkin when I had already paid for my meal. If you treat customers like you work in a fast food shop, paying them no attention because you're too busy talking to your colleagues, then expect fast food shop behaviour from me. There are tons of food shops in this station that have napkin dispensers and provide bags and cutlery, so please support customer first service in this industry and put places like this out of business.
