Although my husband and I only planned to have drinks (a cappuccino was €2.80 and a small Cola €1.90), we were enticed by Cafe Waldi's lunch specials. I had a schnitzel with some fries and peas for €10.90, while my husband had some chicken served on rice and vegetables (€7.20). Both meals were really tasty (photograph attached). The total of our bill was €22.80.A card payment was possible, but our waiter told us that tips in Germany cannot be included in a card payment. That's not true (and his statement was dodgy), but we were happy to give the tip in cash.
