Three employees were outside during that time, a... read more I was there last week (Saturday) and saw people outside smoking. I had to wait 30 minutes before they saw me... Three employees were outside during that time, and no one responded or asked if I wanted to order something... So after the fourth employee saw us and took our order (coffee and cocoa), I immediately told the waitress who brought us our drinks after a 15-minute wait that I wanted to pay before we had to wait again... The woman said she'd forward it... And of course, that didn't happen... after another 15 minutes, I went in and paid. I find it really impossible, you wave and so on, and yet I get no response!
