T... read more I 'm a self-proclaimed coffee snob . It takes a lot to impress me, but I 'm confident in saying this is the best coffee in town, possibly the best in Germany! They roast onsite, and the owner hand sorts his beans to select only the best. He roasts coffees specifically for the style of preparation, and they prepare coffee in at least 14 different ways. I can 't recommend this place highly enough. If you love coffee, stop in and experience this place!

This location is primarily a coffee roastery, which additionally offers the opportunity to enjoy a noble caffeine-containing hot drink on site or to take it as a 2 Go variant. There are also usually some delicious pastries. But that is not the claim. The focus is not on long opening hours and a rich menu... Also, I cannot understand whether this evaluation option is used emotionally here to force a personal individual taste as a malus at the expense of the brewable. You just don't have to argue about taste. It can be completely different. I've been through everything that's offered there. This is naturally tastefully individual/different but rational all handmade top, fresh, neatly packed, presented, etc. Since I am the only espresso drinker in the household, I always take the practical 200 g pack. Let them grind very finely through the mill on site and then the valuable spoon for my screen carrier is filled into such a packaging as I have kept in the attached photo. This pack then holds approx. 1 week there the aroma remains fresh and then there is refill... I appreciate the high know-how of the founder/author, the quality (only Arabica and Bio) and the path to be consulted and used there. And as far as I know, the increasing number of business customers (gastronomy, hotel industry) also knows that price and performance are just fitting. My FAZIT: A clear tip.
