Are they looking for surprises, innovations, copied intellectual skills or just want to spend a great evening? when they sit back, they let themselves be advise... read more Are they looking for surprises, innovations, copied intellectual skills or just want to spend a great evening? when they sit back, they let themselves be advised by a nice and competent waiter, they say what they want - and they will get it that way. perfectly prepared steak for the herrn, for which we vegetarian and vegan foods (complete naturally in a steakhouse, where it is mainly about meat), all fresh, appetizing and craftsmanship top prepared. beautiful wee (we drank a bio riesling from kremstal in Austria) and to the conclusion read a dry berries that were not on the map, but we had just expressed a wish. we can't blame a single point, we want everything to stay that way because we're coming back. because they know exactly what they do there.

Auc... read more Das Beefers ist ein riesengroßes Kellerlokal mit Bar, zentral gelegen und, für Leipziger Innenstadtlokale selten - mit Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Auch eine Terrasse gibt es, die man bei schönem Wetter gerne nutzt.Die Speisekarte ist sehr übersichtlich, will heißen: Klein. Die Speisen sind qualitativ gut. Keine Sterneküche, aber gut. Optisch könnte man etwas mehr daraus machen, aber andererseits: ich will essen, und das Essen nicht anschauen. Die Portionen sind angemessen.Das große Aber sind die an den Haaren herbeigezogenen Preise. Ein Glas Wein 0,2 Liter für € 9,50 - bitte! Bei diesen Preise würde ich echte Sterneküche erwarten und Tellergerichte die auch optisch eine Sensation sind. Selbst wer nur einen Hauptgang und ein Getränk bestellt, wird hier nicht unter € 30-40 rausgehen, und das ist selbst für zugegebenermaßen gute Küche und den aufmerksamen Service einfach zu viel.

Eravamo due coppie di amici; appena seduti abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia di champagne che è arrivata in tavola dopo più di mezz'ora. Forse non l'avevano in fresco e l'hanno dovuta mettere in freezer. Prese le ordinazioni, 4 bistecche alla griglia con contorni di patate e una bottiglia di vino rosso, abbiamo aspettato quasi un'ora, si è protestato cortesemente, si sono scusati, ci hanno portato del pane con un po' di olio e finalmente le bistecche e i contorni. Da quando siamo entrati a quando siamo usciti sono passate 2 ore e 20 minuti. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni all'uscita, ma ci è stato detto che a volte può capitare. Dimenticavo, il cibo era ottimo

Zuers... read more Ich hatte große Erwartungen an das Restaurant, da ja die Vorgänger eine wirkliche Katastrophe waren. Leider muss ich sagen dass ich enttäuscht wurden bin. Zuerst muss man jedoch sagen, dass die Atmosphäre wirklich wundervoll ist, es gibt wenige Restaurants in Leipzig die so ein schönes Interieur haben. Die Bedienung war freundlich, wenn gleich auch etwas arrogant. Die richtige Enttäuschung kam jedoch mit dem Essen. Das Fleisch war verbrannt and steinhart und die Beilagen vollkommen versalzen. Ich musste es einmal zurückgehen lassen, jedoch kam das Fleisch danach auch noch leicht angebrannt zurück (obwohl ich es eigentlich Medium bestellt hatte). Wirklich schade!

Dem Restaurant sind eindeutig-zumindestens unter der Woche-mehr Gäste zu wünschen.
