Moretti Pizzeria - Leichhardt
Moretti Pizzeria
Description
This Sydney restaurant presents a mixed bag of experiences. Diners rave about the high-quality pasta and wood-fired pizzas, with standout dishes like spaghetti allo scoglio and Fettuccine Boscaiola. The vibrant atmosphere enchants guests, creating a perfect backdrop for memorable evenings. However, some patrons report inconsistent service and cleanliness issues, and specific dishes, particularly pizza, have left a sour taste for a few. While the ambiance and quality food often shine through, the dining experience could benefit from improved service practices and consistency. Overall, this venue remains a recommended choice for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine.

Food fantastic, atmosphere fantastic, service a little lackluster. The server was pushy for us to order from the moment we sat down, continued to the point of telling us they needed the table back and that we would need to leave, 30 minutes before our booking time has finished, or my drink. Service: Dine in Price per person: A$80–100 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
I recently had dinner at this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience. The price per person ranged from A$40 to A$60, which I found to be reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. The food was top-notch, earning a perfect score of 5, as was the service and atmosphere. I would highly recommend trying the garlic bread, as it was especially delicious. Overall, I had a great dining experience and would definitely return in the future.
The restaurant was very crowded on Sunday evening. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent. We had a sit-down dinner, and the cost was around A$20–40 per person. I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
