The ap... read more On Saturday, February 10th, 2024 there was a Valentine's menu at Herg. From the “greetings from the kitchen” to the dessert, everything tasted delicious. The appetizer's pink roasted saddle of veal was on point, and the tuna sauce was piquant. The main course of fried salmon, tagliatelle and marinated rocket was a poem. The highlight was the dessert, which of course was polished off. The ladies were presented with a long-stemmed rose as a farewell. Thank you very much for the lovely evening.
