The chicken and fries were very tasty. I loved the chicken sandwich as it was really big and juicy. The flavor was great. The frieswere crispy and fresh.

I was in the passenger seat trying to check the order when I... read more Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. They completely ignored my order in the drive-thru. I was in the passenger seat trying to check the order when I discovered the gravy lid wasn’t secured properly, causing it to spill and burn my thumb, making me drop it. The gravy splashed all over me, burning my face, neck, chest, and parts of my stomach. I suffered serious burns! Not only did they refuse to correct our order, but there wasn't even an apology or any attempt to assist me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

We ordered one bucket of original, and one bucket of crispy. I think they just focused on the number of chicken pieces. We got all the chicken, but 16 of those were all meant to be crispy. We had maybe 4 crispy pieces. They got itdone super fast.

However, when I received my food, I was given 2 drumsticks, half a biscuit, and a container of gravy instead. On a positive note, the sweet Lightning Mountain Dew was amazing; it would be great if they could sell it in stores so I wouldn't have to go to KFC just to enjoy it.
