I placed an online order around 8:30 PM, with the food scheduled to be ready by 8:50 PM. I requested my order to be extra crispy, but when I arrived at the drive-thru, I was informed that it wasn't ready and I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes. This was my first visit to this location, and I was quite disappointed. The American Fork location is much better.

I really enjoy visiting the KFC in Lehi. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and I’m always welcomed with a smile. Ivan is one of the most dedicated employees there—he’s always friendly and kind. He goes above and beyond every single time I visit. He’s my favorite staff member; no matter how busy it gets, he remains calm and pleasant. His work ethic is impressive, and my order has never been wrong thanks to him. You’re fortunate to have such an outstanding employee, and he definitely makes me want to return again and again.

I've been shorted food at the drive-thru window twice in a row now. It’s really inconvenient to have to go back and waste fuel. I shouldn’t have to do a check every time I pick up my order. Take your time and get it right!

This time around, I went at a time that wasn't super busy. The service was great and they got our order out really fast. The chicken and fries were very tasty. I loved the chicken sandwich as it was really big and juicy. The flavor was great. The frieswere crispy and fresh.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. They completely ignored my order in the drive-thru. I was in the passenger seat trying to check the order when I discovered the gravy lid wasn’t secured properly, causing it to spill and burn my thumb, making me drop it. The gravy splashed all over me, burning my face, neck, chest, and parts of my stomach. I suffered serious burns! Not only did they refuse to correct our order, but there wasn't even an apology or any attempt to assist me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
