Mu Xiang Yuan Milk Tea Coffee Chinese Cuisine Store

Had a wonderful chat with Chef James (Chinoy owner). He was born in Lucena and went to China after elementary. He grew up in different regions of the mainland, and that is what makes the restaurant unique he prepares big servings of food from all over China, and all his condiments are imported. A for authenticity. And since his restaurant is in spicy Bicol, majority of the food in the menu is peppery hot, but may be requested otherwise. He has fun vegetarian food too. All employees had smiles to share, and in our conversation, Chef James shared the he makes sure his staff is quite well compensated. Mu Xiang Yuan is in my Legazpi Gmap saved places, hoping to go back again. Apparently he has been interviewed on TV and he has fed bigshots there. One may spend more in stingy fastfood chains.
