The Thai food at this restaurant is amazing! I have visited multiple times and the food is consistently delicious. I usually order the Beef Pad See Ew Medium Spicy and it always comes out great. The restaurant is owned and operated by a Thai family, and the quality of service and food is a blessing for the Fort Polk area. Don't forget to try the Thai Tea - it's amazing too! What Anonym dislikes about Tha Da Petch Thai Cuisine:
New to area, looked online on google, yelp and all said it was open till 9 or 930. Showed up at 826pm and as I was opening the door a kid rushed door to lock it. Another older guy asked if I was picking up or trying to order. I said wanted to order a to go order. He said they were closed. I pointed out his front door sign saying open till 9pm. M-sun and he said the sign and website was wrong. So I just wasted about 4... View all feedback.

Stinky, raw, disgusting food. Egg shells were thrown in the noodles and they were just rushing us. Brooming the floor right where we were eating. Undercooked veggies in the curry rice chicken and stinking glass noodles. Most disgusting (number 57) ever!! Gave me a stomach ache
The #8 Larb Chicken Hot, is still my favorite! Added a half order of #13 Tom Yum and oh my it is yummy. The experience here is never disappointing.
My husband and I have eaten here a lot of times. We move a lot and enjoy Thai food and was happy to find this place. The family that runs it is very nice. It's always enjoyable to dine in or order out. We have tried and enjoyed every appetizer. We enjoy the Tom yum soup, especially love all the vegetables in it. The pad Thai is very good, my favorite part is the tofu that they have in it along with your protein. We have also tried thier drunken noodles (it has a proper name, but I don't know how to spell it) and they are very good. They have 4 levels a spice and you can chose based on your preferences. I prefer just a little kick and my husband like the heat Overall this is a great place, with a good atmosphere, nice people, and excellent food. Recommend!
I enjoyed the tofu pad thai, it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but not the worst. Decent portion for the price. However, I don’t recommend the fresh spring rolls. The noodles/wrap were a bit too hard by the time I got home (20 min). The sauce they serve with isn’t the usual peanut sauce I’ve had but it was okay.
Nestled in the heart of the area, this Thai restaurant offers a mix of experiences that can leave diners divided. While some patrons rave about the authentic flavors and delightful dishes like Beef Pad See Ew and spicy Tom Yum, others express disappointment in service and portion sizes that don't match the prices. Reviews commonly highlight the familial atmosphere and genuine hospitality of the owners. However, inconsistency in closing hours and occasional service missteps have dampened the experience for some. Despite a few critiques, the restaurant shines with its delicious, authentically spicy cuisine, making it a unique gem worth exploring.

This is a fantastic spot, hidden gem. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect score of 5.
Cost per person ranges from $20 to $30 at this restaurant, with a perfect score of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere. Spring Rolls are highly recommended here, especially for vegetarians due to the wide selection of vegetarian dishes available.

Exceptional Thai food and a great family run business in Leesville. We get takeout from here regularly and I absolutely recommend them to you.

This is by far the best Thai restaurant I have ever been to. When you ask for spicy, you can count on it being truly spicy, not the watered-down American version like at other Thai restaurants. The owner was incredibly friendly, sharing stories from the past. Be sure to ask him about the special peppers.
Great place for Thai food and the service is phenomenal. Of you have questions about the food they will explain it to you very easy so you can make a good choice and enjoy flavorful meal. Highly recommend this place.

Great Thai food! I was here a good amount of time, and the food is consistently delicious! I almost always get the Beef Pad Lake Ew, Medium Spicy, and it comes out every time. The restaurant is owned by a Thai family. The quality of service and delicious food are really a blessing for the Fort Polk area. Do not forget to add Thai tea to your order, it is also amazing!
This is, without a doubt, the best Thai restaurant I've ever been to. If you request something spicy, you can expect it to be genuinely spicy, not the toned-down version that many American Thai restaurants serve. The owner was incredibly friendly and shared wonderful stories about the good old days. Make sure to ask him about the special paprika!
Mr. Sam and his family, absolutely love and take care of their community. You can talk to them in just 5min. The food they cook here from their culture is absolutely AMAZING. Sometime cheating. I'm so grateful they're here in Leesville Louisiana. I would give more stars to their food and service if I could.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is fantastic and is served promptly. It's one of the few places in the area that I genuinely believe is worth the price. I highly recommend giving it a try!
The #8 Larb is my absolute go to from here, and an order or two of sticky rice. I haven't ventured out to try many others but those around me have and there have been no complaints.
