Terrible experience walking in. The associate up front was not only on his phone and barely doing his job while ringing me out he's chewing on his fingers when I walk in. Don't bother coming here. Every time I've been, there's been a mix-up with my order or I've had to wait at least 20 minutes. Save yourself the trouble and try a different restaurant.

If you're in a hurry and need a quick donut fix, this place will do. I bought a dozen donuts before work and tried some of the more popular varieties. I got 3 Boston cremes, but they barely had any cream in them. I could have just gotten a chocolate coated donut and had more donut than cream. The service for takeout was decent. Overall, the food was average, the service was good, and the atmosphere was nice. The price range is around $10-20 per person for breakfast.

The coffee is usually good and the food has always been fine. The wait here is insane, always. Do not stop here unless you have plenty of spare time. Don’t even bother making a mobile order to this location. On multiple occasions I have made mobile orders and gotten there and things weren’t available or they did not start the order until we arrived even thought I submitted the order way in advance and they weren’t busy. Last time I made an order, got there and of course munchkins were not available. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund and that I would have. To contact customer service. I left the store with no refund and no munchkins. They didn’t even provide me with details to give customer support when I called. I first contacted customer support through email which was getting nowhere. Then I called. The person on the phone said the store owner said they contacted you and resolved the issue. THEY DID NOT.
