Tarbender's Lounge - Leesburg

This restaurant has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, our first visit was quite disappointing. It took 15 minutes just to place our initial drink order, and we waited another 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive. After a full hour, we finally received our food, but by that point, we had to ask for it to be packed in to-go boxes because we were running late for our plans. Feeling hungry, thirsty, and frustrated at this stage only heightened our disappointment. My husband and I had been really looking forward to this evening, and it’s such a letdown.

Creativity shines through in their cocktails! I adore the staff and the drinks they serve. Paul is passionate about sharing his vision, while Spencer expertly crafts the flavors. I highly recommend this place—don’t forget to say hello!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tarbender's Lounge, and it surpassed all my expectations. This hidden gem provides an outstanding experience. From its intriguing dark ambiance to the expertly crafted cocktails and happy hour specials, it's a must-visit destination. The standout feature was undoubtedly the drinks; while the service and food were also excellent, the cocktails were clearly made with passion and creativity, making each one a true work of art.

Another one in old downtown that has been through a renovation for almost 200 years.. Prohibition cocktails and local beers.
