Ledo Pizza - Leesburg

I've always been a fan of Ledos, however the last dining experience was unsatisfactory. Four of us dined there on Monday night. When we walked in, the place was empty and most of the tables looked they had not been cleaned off for hours. So we found a clean table and sat down. The waitress came over and asked for our drink order, meanwhile her son was running around the restaurant. When it came time to order, we had to ask for cutlery, plates, etc. The food overall was good, but the Gyro was like shoe leather. The waitress was nice, but we had to ask for everything and it felt like we were in her home. It was disappointing and we will not be dining in at Ledos anymore.

We did not have a good experience on Saturday night. When we entered the restaurant around 8:00, it was not busy but the three empty booths had not been bussed and we had to wait for one to be cleared. We had to ask multiple times for utensils and were finally given plastic utensils as if we were ordering carryout. We tried to order lasagna and gyros only to be told that the restaurant was out of both. When our pizza came, the server told us that all of the serving spatulas were being washed. The server seemed generally disinterested even though, by the time we were done, we were the only table. In addition, the state of the restrooms led us to question the standards of cleanliness elsewhere. We've had good experiences before, so we are hoping this was just an off night.

For some unknown reason the grills were off at 7:30 and there was only limited salads and pizza available. There was no sign on the door, and the server only mentioned this after we had drinks on the table. So we left with no food and had to go the other Ledos in Ashburn who were just awesome.

Ordered a medium deluxe pizza today (take out) and was very disappointed. Barely had any toppings on it and no bacon, which they specifically asked what type of bacon I wanted. Maybe a few mushroom and green peppers, pepperoni were there, almost like they gave me the wrong pizza. Definitely no where near the quality of other Ledo's restaurants in the area and not worth the $27(plus tip) I paid.

Had a staff here last week. They took care of us very well, our waitress was on the spot and the food was good. I love they had some back tables to support the big party.
