More fusion than Asian, I'm afraid to sayThe banh mi was a BBQ Pork with American style Cole slaw. No vinegar marinade from what I could tell, mostly standard ranch slawThe wings are basically just orange chicken wings with some scallions and sesame seeds on top. Standard wing frying as well, don't expect to get any karaage styled chicken hereThe fries were decent, with what I think was the only actual Asian ingredie... View all feedback.
**Mouth-Watering Bulgogi!** Our workplace had the Kovi Food Truck cater for us, so this review is specific to that experience rather than the restaurant itself. I ordered a bulgogi rice bowl and was able to customize it to my liking, and it was absolutely delicious! The presentation was beautiful, and the two people operating the truck were very friendly and helpful. I also tried a banh mi sandwich, which was equally tasty. I would definitely visit the restaurant to see what other offerings they have!
I was shopping at the nearby outlets when I had a craving for poke. I stumbled upon this hidden gem, and it was a delightful find! The poke was incredibly fresh, and there was a wide variety of fresh toppings to choose from—just pure bowl goodness. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning!
I wanna think Kovi from the bottom of my heart Kovi Asian St., Food kitchen Has mouthwatering delicious food the owner of the food truck was very polite and pleasant to our community at Great FallsAssisted Living I want to say thank you for all that you have done for our community! In my opinion, this food feels more American than Asian or Vietnamese. The rice tasted low-quality, reminiscent of instant minute rice. While they do offer some interesting toppings like edamame and seaweed, I found the seasoning on the pork to be too sweet, with a flavor similar to ketchup. I suggest trying something else on the menu—perhaps the tofu option, which could be better. Additionally, I would recommend steering clear of the sauces, as the one I tried did not pair well with the pork.
I had to discard the food because it had a terrible odor as soon as I opened the container. I’m concerned that the tuna and salmon in my poke bowl may have been sitting out for some time, as they had a very strong fishy smell.
