What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I gave this store 2 stars because one of the employees got mad at me and my family.because we went 30mins before closing and he got extra got mad at my mom, For what reason!? And then when the other employees got into the store he wasn’t mad at all.also his outfit looks like a child picked it out for him, and we “ accidentally made a mess” so he have to clean it up.but the ice cream was really good tho, View all feedback.
My wife and I frequently stop by for iced Americanos, hot coffee, donuts, and other breakfast items on our way to work—usually more than five times a week. I appreciate the convenience of being able to place online orders, especially with our hectic commute, but I'm disappointed to see a decline in quality over time. The donuts, in particular, have not been up to par for the past two years, and the iced Americanos and other cold brews are lackluster. On one occasion, I ordered an iced Americano, but received lukewarm coffee instead. I hope to see improvements in the future, but I will likely continue to visit your shop for now.
I ordered an iced caramel macchiato when I was on my way home I noticed they forgot to put caramel so I had to drive back. I asked them multiple times to please make me a new drink but they just put it in a different cup.
The cashier was not very friendly. The customer was upset with us for entering the store 30 minutes before closing. The cashier seemed a bit older, so perhaps he gets annoyed easily. He could really benefit from being more pleasant.
Make sure you check your items before leaving. Didn't realize my food was incorrect until I got to work. Spoke to someone not sure who it was about getting a replacement. Go in to get a replacement sandwich a few days after (I've been slammed at work) and was told I didn't speak to anyone there. Asked if I was sure I ordered from their location and was told by the manager that he works 18 hour days and he would know about my incorrect order (Apparently there is a book or notebook of incorrect order receipts behind the counter). He said there wasn't anything he could do since it was from a few days ago. I left because I was tired of trying and because he wouldn't fix the situation and kept arguing. So just beware and make sure if something is wrong to get it corrected same day. Otherwise if you wait like I did they won't help you.
Here’s my order of a half dozen donuts. Didn’t check until I got home because I assumed everyone can count to 6. Also was utterly ignored by the staff when I went in to pick up my mobile order. Have been in before and ordered at the counter and they are very... businesslike. Not many smiles to be had. Not great overall. Gets two stars for proximity only.
