We love this place! After attending a fairly large college institution I was afforded the experience of eating many different types of breakfast foods. This is not your typical good ol' Midwestern breakfast. It is more of Mediterranean/Mesopotamian menu with hints of comfort foods. This is a family owned business if that is what you like to support. Service was good and food was fine. I had a veggie omelet that was not to greasy. My husband had eggs Benedict. Wishes he asked for the Hollandaise sauce on the side and the eggs a little less runny.
I liked the atmosphere here, nice and cozy. The food was pretty good, we got the French Toast and Eggs Alaska with desserts. Good breakfast food with a middle eastern flair. The servers were nice enough, not the friendliest I've ever had, but that was ok with me since they were quick and efficient. I would go back and try other things off the menu.
A cute little breakfast/brunch eatery that is extremely friendly and offers unique tasty options. You will not be disappointed by anything other than they aren't open all day. I will be going back.

Loved that this restaurant served organic coffee and offered turkey sausage and turkey bacon. Very hard to find either of these in a restaurant. We ordered the French Toast with berries, the kids french toast (came with mini muffin, turkey sausage and fruit) and the breakfast burrito. Everything was fabulous. Will definitely go back again when we visit KC.
