There was only one employee serving at the counter, while another staff member appeared to... read more I waited in line for over 15 minutes, with six people in front of me. There was only one employee serving at the counter, while another staff member appeared to be occupied in the back. I've reached my limit and decided to leave. This wait is simply too long. I'm giving this place one star and wouldn't recommend it until they enhance their customer service and efficiency.

We arrived at 11:05 AM and were told that there were no sub rolls available, and it would take another 15 minutes for them to be ready. They did have flatbreads... read more We arrived at 11:05 AM and were told that there were no sub rolls available, and it would take another 15 minutes for them to be ready. They did have flatbreads, but we weren't interested in that option. It's quite surprising that a Subway would run out of rolls right at the start of the lunch rush. A few months ago, they also encountered a similar situation where they lacked rolls due to preparation issues and had to bake more.
