There was only one employee serving at the counter, while another staff member appeared to be occupied in the back. I've reached my limit and decided to leave. This wait is simply too long. I'm giving this place one star and wouldn't recommend it until they enhance their customer service and efficiency.

They did have flatbreads... read more We arrived at 11:05 AM and were told that there were no sub rolls available, and it would take another 15 minutes for them to be ready. They did have flatbreads, but we weren't interested in that option. It's quite surprising that a Subway would run out of rolls right at the start of the lunch rush. A few months ago, they also encountered a similar situation where they lacked rolls due to preparation issues and had to bake more.

I really enjoy their Italian sandwich, especially when it’s heated. Ordering at the counter was also a breeze. Based on my experience, I intend to start visiting Subway more often.

There was a brief... read more I found the service to be extremely slow during my visit today. There were only two staff members working, and they seemed to take their time. There was a brief line with around six people in front of me, but I ended up waiting 30 minutes before being served. Just as I reached the counter, one of the employees took a break. Unfortunately, I had to leave without my lunch because my break was over. I won't be coming back to this location.

The staff appeared irritated by my order, treating it like an inconvenience. I'm unsure if I will come back.
