I love the food, only thing i would recommend to reduce the prep time. The order took almost 30 min. I was getting last from work. 15 min is more then enough to have the order ready when you are not busy other then that no complaints. Thats the only reason i am giving 4 stars. View all feedback.
Erin was our server, she was great the food was prepared better than the other location in Blue Springs. I will say their prices have increased 3 dollars for 3 slices of Avocado) seems to be a bit much. Overall still good food and service
We always have FANTASTIC service at this location. The food always comes out hot and fresh. Our server, Erin, made sure our drinks were always topped off and was attentive during our entire visit.

Great service. The best IHop experience for me in the whole KC metro area.
Best IHOP I've been too. Our server was absolutely amazing ! Will definitely be back because of her!!!
