The owner personally waited my friend and I when we stopped in for dinner. Great customer service and environment. 10/10 will be back.
The food has usually been good but anytime i order from the drive thru or online they mess up the order. I quit going for a while and today I decided to give them another try. Well, they messed up our online order. The ticket was all correct but our deluxe burger was only ketchup and mustard, they forgot my coleslaw and sauces on my fish platter. I didn 't check the bag before i left because i saw the receipt was correct so I thought how could they mess it up They did anyway.
They literally make your food for you AT THE TIME OF ORDER. You are not getting food that sits in a warmer until it's dry. They have an incredible staff that hires from a diverse non-discrimination pool of candidates. My experiences have equated to 1. Asafe comfortable environment full of pleasant people 2. An establishment that prides itself in customer satisfaction andemployee morale/respect and 3. 100% food and order accuracy and communication.
After our bowling leagues (3 days a week) 6-12 of us go to Culver's on SW Oldham Pkwy in Lee's Summit MO to eat, celebrate, commiserate and enjoy the friendly employees and great food. It's our home away from home. I do go in some other days to enjoythe luscious custard desserts.
