Contribute FeedbackRed Lobster has become a point of contention among diners, with reviews highlighting inconsistencies in both service and food quality. Many patrons have experienced long waits despite making reservations, with staff often appearing overwhelmed or unresponsive. While some guests enjoyed their meals and praised the excellent service from dedicated staff, others reported a decline in overall cleanliness and ambiance. This mixed bag of experiences reflects a restaurant struggling to maintain consistency during challenging times, leaving customers divided on whether they'll return for another visit. Ultimately, Red Lobster seems to be navigating a transitional period as it strives to meet diner expectations.
This place is downhill. waited forever to get service. mediocre food quality. average performance. no paper towels in toilet damped ambiente. nothing special. nothing remarkable. no reason to return.
We have on the waiter list that made the wait doable. they fight to have enough workers. but our food and waiters were great!
It took forever for the food to cone Waiter was not attentive to our needs Waiter kept reaching over our plates Biscuits did not taste good Appetite was lost
I visited this location on June I know we're still in COVID times and supply chains are a challenge for many restaurants. The food quality was poor, the portions for a dish I have ordered for years was smaller, the fish over breaded and over fried, yet the price was higher. The wait staff was adequate, but they could use more attention to their customers. Our waitress didn't notice she brought cold and stale coffee, and didn't observe there was no spoon to stir the coffee.
Our waitress was very good, but I forgot her name. She was super busy, I heard she told someone she hadn't eaten all day. we sat in the back section near the small group room.
