What Brain Emmerich doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Last week, I placed two separate orders through the app for pickup at 2:40 PM on different days. Each time, I arrived at 2:50 PM on my way to work, and neither order was even started. Both times, they were running 10-15 minutes behind schedule. There were only one or two people working at the branch, so it didn't seem like they were overly busy. Had not been here for a long time. My wife had a coupon so we thought we would give it a try. Staff was very friendly. Food was very good.
It's rare I go into a fast-food restaurant and encounter a staff as engaged and as friendly as I just experienced at this location. I found it to be a very refreshing change of pace, and the food was as good as I had anticipated. I'll definitely make a point to visit here again.Food: 5/5
We got carry out last night after we had a bad experience at another restaurant. The female worker was great, friendly, thorough and overall gave us a great experience.The food was great(a Philly, a bowl and fries)
I used to love coming here often but with inflation all their prices are about 10-20% more for equivalent food at another fast food place. I don't even get the fries anymore since the sandwich is over $10 by itself not to mention over $2 to $3 just for a drink. The service has also somewhat slowed down if there are others in front of you which isn't often due to it not having many customers.
PHENOMENAL customer service, PHENOMENAL food, OUTSTANDING cleanliness and organization. I got a rice bowl, my wife got a salad bowl. At first I thought it was another place similar to chipotle. But the level of flavor and serving size is sensational and outstanding compared to firebirds/chipotle. If this place is open, this is a great place to stop by. Did I mention the OUTSTANDING customer service food?
