i usually never have a problem with chick fil a. but today i ordered food at 11:30. and it is 1:08 currently and my order just now got canceled. after having 3 dashers go to the store they couldn’t revive my order. View all feedback.
Usually love Chick-fil-A at this location. However, this evening it was busy. Being busy is completely understandable. What frustrates me is the workers are so focused on the drive through and totally neglect the inside line. We waited 8 minutes approximately with only 2 people in front of us. There was only one person working the register with about 10 people in line. There were about 5 people waiting on the side of the counter for their food. All the tables were dirty. I was expecting something spectacular....it was just a so-so chicken sandwich
Horrible parking lot, poor facility planning and design.
The food had made me sick because every item on the menu violates my diet restrictions
