I'm a KC native and I love sweet BBQ sauce. Three Pigs has the best BBQ sauce I've ever had. Seriously sweet and smoky. Absolutely delish. I opted for the Texan which is over a pound of meat (smoked Susan's, brisket and burnt ends . The meat portion was very generous. No joke, 3 of us ate from the single plate for $19.50. The website stated that the restaurant was open until 7 PM, and we had planned our family meal accordingly. However, when we arrived, Three Pigs was closed. This was quite frustrating!
I had the pulled pork sandwich and the cheesy corn. It was satisfactory, but it didn't stand out. On a positive note, the sauce was delicious, and the person managing the restaurant was really friendly.
I visited on Saturday, March 11, 2023, and although the food truck was there, there was no one available to serve it. Food rating: 1/5.
I tried them about 1 year ago and haven't looked back... Best BBQ around and it's almost 1/2 the price but the quality is awesome!! Love the beef brisket pulled pork. Always get 1lb of pulled pork and or beef brisket. We enjoy it for 2 day's. Run don't walk to try it..
1st time eating here and I can't be more impressed. I only wish I eaten here sooner. Great portions and great food ? ?.. You now have a customer for a while.
