I tried multiple time to get in touch with customer service about my issues. I received email after email from different guest relations saying they?d be in touch with me or they recommended I contact the next person. They also claimed to have called mebut no one ever did. My boyfriend and I have been avid fans of Schlotzsky's for a long time, and we'll eat there no matter what the service is like! This location just opened and has new staff who are still getting the hang of things, and we completely understand that. We waited about 10 minutes in the drive-thru, and we didn’t mind at all! The owner was incredibly kind and thought we had been waiting too long, so he went out of his way to make it right for us. It really wasn't necessary, though; we are more than happy to wait for the delicious Schlotzsky's! We're thrilled to see them back in Lee's Summit and will definitely be returning again and again. The staff, manager, and owner were all very friendly! Thank you once more—you really didn’t have to do that!

I recently attended the grand opening of the new Schlotzsky's in Lee's Summit, and it was bustling with activity. The staff was incredibly hardworking, and my order was spot on. I absolutely love their original sandwich! The restaurant also has charging stations so you can plug in your electronics while you enjoy your meal or work. I'm really excited to have a Schlotzsky's so close to home!

The chicken pesto pizza is to die for! Will Definitely be back!!

For the total onslaught of customers at the store at 5:30 Thursday night I think the staff did a stand up job getting orders out in a timely manner. It just proves how much we need another Schlotzsky's near by...........like Independence. How about it? PS The original on Sour Dough can't be beat!

I absolutely love this place! They had a location in Liberty that closed down, but when I discovered there was one in Lee's Summit, I didn't mind the drive at all because the food is that good.
