On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina

Deception. After 7 minutes without help and no one at the bar to help me call a customer I recommend calling the board pickup phone number. I went to my car and called twice without answer. I went back and found a lady who filled an ice cup to finally help me. The lady was nice and gave me my orders quickly. Now on the food: What was that? The Queso is watery and crowned, and the chicken looked badly boiled and strangely spiced out. Let's say I didn't eat it and I won? Please invest in a counter call bell so people in the kitchen nearby are waiting for someone.

At the border is a beautiful place beautiful surroundings drinks were good, but my food for the price look like I didn't have a children's dish too happy and it wasn't tasteful. I can go back, but only for drinks.

Delicious food, I enjoyed coming to this place for a while, amazing cocktails and even better food. I especially enjoy the chips and salsa for every meal, my favorite type of chips!

We have recently dined on the border. We live at the Lee's Summit and enjoyed eating at the border over the years. This restaurant has continuously declined last year. Our server was friendly and accommodating, but this is the only positive thing I have to say. We ordered the Queso Dip, and there was so much stuff in it tomato, spinach, not sure what else, looked rough as you pulled the chip from the cheese dip. We could only eat half of it. 30 minutes after the order, our food finally arrives. My Enchilada dinner seemed that it sat for a while by looking at it. It had a dry appearance, after the first bite I was right, it was cold! All the others had the same appearance and was cold, there were four of us. We have heard all stories about what happens to your food when you send it back to the kitchen, so we just stopped our breath and ate it and came out. It is very unlikely that we will ever return. It is very sad to see the decline of this local restaurant. On another occasion, there were six or eight people waiting to sit. There were only four tables with customers. Those who waited to be sitting, including us, we will say that they can't sit more people because they only had one server. 80% of the tables were free. I've never seen or said that before. I must thank Joe Biden and the current democratic administration for causing this problem. If you continue to spend our hard earned tax money on those who do not deserve it and do not want to go to work, that is what you get. If the government doesn't show up to work, there are many people who take the lead from them. If you want more, choose Democrat!

Came in 30 minutes before closing (I know shame on us) but with a game plan to be fast and efficient. The hostess was still super inviting and nice even thought it was almost closing time. Same for our waitress Morgan, she was very nice and didn?t act annoyed what so ever. Great experience for our first time to the LS location.
