Was Michael M at The Grange Eatery a mag?
Had Prix fixe menú if $39. Included appetizer, entree and dessert. Enjoyed entree of baked macaroni cheese. We split the entrees of beef and hen. Beef was great but hen was even better. Dessert was cheesecake, which I chose . Like the crisp graham crust. Also, service was phenomenal. View all feedback.
We stumbled upon Grange while exploring the neighborhood, and it turned out to be a fortunate discovery! The atmosphere was delightful, featuring warm, intimate lighting and a background of nostalgic 80s and 90s music that added to the cozy vibe. Our meal was exceptional from start to finish. We opted for the prix fixe menu, and each dish was thoughtfully crafted and superbly executed. The flavors were vibrant and exciting, from the sesame oil-infused salad to the unexpectedly zesty salmon en papillote. Even the touch of anise in the flourless lava cake's orange reduction was a delightful surprise. Kudos to the serving staff; Gigi and her team were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.
I found this restaurant during restaurant week, and I was blown away by the ribeye steak – it was incredible! The interior can be a bit crowded and noisy due to the number of patrons, but they also offer outdoor seating!
I appreciated the option of avocado toast since I wasn't in the mood for a large meal. It came with a hard-boiled egg, which I thought would have been better if it were soft-boiled. However, the balsamic reduction was delicious, and the thinly sliced radish added a nice touch. The fries were also excellent; I swapped them for home fries, and that was a great choice. My sister got the home fries with her pork eggs Benedict, but they didn't look crispy, and I prefer my potatoes crispy, so I was glad I chose the fries. She let me try a bite of her pork eggs Benedict, and it was delicious. My mom ordered an egg on toast, which came on a large slice of brioche, and she had a side of hollandaise sauce. My dad opted for the chicken and waffle sandwich, which was enormous! He really enjoyed it and finished the whole thing. We also got a side of bacon for the table, which was fantastic—super crispy with a nice hickory flavor. Overall, it’s a cute spot, but I was hoping for more menu options. My sister visits here for brunch regularly, and they offer bottomless drinks, though we didn't indulge this time. Next time I come, I’ll definitely try the bottomless option!

Bottomless brunch FTW. Steak and eggs counts, so I got to enjoy an embarrassment of Bellinis along with tender-cooked steak and perfectly poached eggs. They're busy, and service suffers a little, but that's the price of going to a great place. Practice patience and enjoy. I look forward to coming back, again and again.
