We certainly will never go again because of the manager owner I... read more We have eaten at Zen many times over the years and had previously enjoyed the food and service. We certainly will never go again because of the manager owner I think his name is Simon) who on our most recent visit made the rudest comments to my uncle, who we had taken there to celebrate his 80th birthday. What a mistake. This sad individual kept making fun of my uncle’s hearing we couldn’t believe it he seem to think he was hilarious. I was so disgusted I could hardly eat my meal. He went on to make other rude comments to my uncle, who is the nicest man you could ever meet. I can only hope this horrible individual is treated in a similar way when he old. We made it clear we weren’t impressed and certainly wouldn’t dream of ever going back.....
