Tortilla - Leeds
Tortilla
Description
In a vibrant food court setting, this restaurant boasts tempting Mexican fare, but recent visits reveal inconsistencies that overshadow its potential. Diners praise the flavors, particularly of the pulled beef burrito, yet many express disappointment with service delays that lead to cold dishes and missing ingredients. Frequent issues, like an out-of-order quesadilla machine, leave patrons puzzled and frustrated, while the absence of condiments since the pandemic has turned flavorful meals into bland experiences. Though the food can be enjoyable, the lapses in service and availability may drive customers away, leaving an experience that is more miss than hit.

Sam is very good, amazing service and food was great. Exceptional I will definitely be coming back, must try again and especially meet Sam again
A great idea, good tasting food, the let down was; useless, slow, bumbling staff that took so long to prepare the food, it was cold and the wrap soggy by the time we got to eat it, which is a shame as the taste was good.
Had a quick lunch with my friends and it was perfect. The restaurant is always the most crowded in the food court. I always go for the pulled beef burrito because it's so delicious.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times in the past few months, and each time they have informed me that the quesadilla machine is out of order. It has been an extended period, so I am puzzled why it has not been fixed or removed from the menu. Are they simply being negligent and not bothering to turn it on? The quesadillas are the only good item on the menu, so this issue is quite disappointing.
