While some patrons laud the spaciousness and cleanliness, noting efficient service and reasonable prices, others express frustration with slow service and inadequate food portions. Issues like miscommunication regarding closing times and occasional rudeness from staff dampen the overall atmosphere. Despite these drawbacks, many appreciate the traditional pub vibe, solid food offerings, and a lively setting, making it a popular spot for gatherings or quick bites, especially before concerts or events. It shows promise but requires consistent improvement.
