We had heard great things about this restaurant and were excited for the experience. Unfortunately, it seems that the chef has moved on with the opening of Sushi Nakamura, and our visit to this Meanwood location was a disappointment. The most amazing experience to watch the cook, prepare every dish before us. the freshest fish and vegetables, some grown in their own garden of the cook. the best meal I've ever eaten. I can't judge it too high.
Definitiw the best sushi restaurant in leeds, if not the united kingdom! very small place that only takes up a few people, so the booking is important. the food is prepared freshly before them. large selection of Japanese beer and saki. I can't praise this place high enough!
