What leedsUKLesley likes about The And:
We visited for one of the (occasional) wine dinners, this one was French themed. Staff looked after us, food (no choice but menu advertised in advance) was excellent and accompanying wines matched well. The short introductory talk about each wine was informal, not stuffy and ony took a couple of minutes. Can recommend and we will attend another. View all feedback. What AndyKLeeds doesn't like about The And:
Stopped by for a spot of lunch and was not disappointed. Had the fishermans plank to share between the two of us. The quality of the food and service was fantastic but the portion side a little on the light side. The menu didnt specify whether the platter was a sharing platter or not but the price (at £15.99), indicated it would be for two. Still, very happy with the overall experience and will definitely be back. View all feedback.

read moreThorpe Park Hotel and Spa offers a mixed dining experience. While service and quality were disappointing for afternoon tea and spa day dining, the restaurant excelled in evening meals and breakfast. The Courtyard Café was pricey but loved the outdoor seating area. Franco's is recommended for a buzzing atmosphere and great food. A recent change to no table service was a letdown for some patrons. Despite inconsistencies, the hotel was praised for hosting special events with top-notch service and food. Overall, Thorpe Park Hotel provided a decent dining experience but may not be worth the splurge for every occasion.
