Star Meze Grill - Leeds

This restaurant isn’t far from the city and is definitely worth a visit! It’s a small, cozy spot with beautiful decor that feels quite hidden away. The food was absolutely amazing. We sampled several meze dishes as well as the Persian grill, and every dish was fantastic. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the menu, as the ingredients were perfectly balanced and delicious. They also offered excellent vegetarian and vegan options alongside their juicy BBQ meat, so we’re excited to bring our friends along, knowing there’ll be something for everyone. Our favorites included the Kashke Baademjaan and Mirza mezes (both eggplant dishes) served with freshly baked naan/flatbread, as well as the Joojeh and Chenjeh grill (BBQ chicken and sirloin lamb). This place is certainly worth a visit—a real hidden gem!
