What 830susannahb dislikes about Sami's:
Great reviews on the website but sadly terrible, unless you're into the flavour of Knor stock cubes. Just watery, salty and bland. Would never know it was supposed to be Morrocan ....... View all feedback.

I asked for a recommendation, as I tend to when I know I am in restaurants that serve authentic food. I had the chicken wrap with salad and chips. It was fully loaded and tasted amazing. I would go again in a heart beat and will.

As always, it was a lovely night at the restaurant. Instead of ordering a main course, I opted for 2 starters and was pleasantly surprised when I received double portions of one dish while my friends got their mains. The portions are always generous, the service is super friendly, and the food has a great home-cooked style. This restaurant is a favorite for me and my friends because we can bring our own wine at a more affordable price. The corkage fee is now £5 per bottle, but we are happy to pay it because everything else about this place is worth it. I ended up paying £20 for corkage, 3 starter dishes, and a tip. There are usually leftovers for the next day, which is always a bonus.

The host is very welcoming and chats and will do anything for you. We came on a Saturday night early. We had a starter and main which were very tasty . Great portion sizes . A must visit in Chapel A

Really poor. Should have realised when even the menu was filthy. Some food was tasty but some was bland. Biggest issue was that the pitta bread was actually mouldy. Waiter apologised but unbelievably the dish wasn’t taken off the bill. Lamb kebab was on the edge of being cooked properly as well. Not a good experience at all and corkage meant that we didn’t even save much for BYOB.
