What Kevin Grosjean doesn't like about Saffron Desi:
that was our first experience in this restaurant and it will be our last. I've never had such a dirt pull. my partners were just as bad. 3 shells of a very similar consistency custard as) only different vivid colors. what a waste of money. that is not a restaurant quality. View all feedback.

Now, we have been visiting and ordering for about 4 years from here, and first it was amazing, could not knock the service or even the eating, but from late I think it is changed. not sure whether under new management or different types. but something has changed. I really enjoy their curries, but lately they seem to make us all feel a little bad the next day. once I have waited from here and after an hour of waiting when I called, she lied and said I didn't even place a command that of course I did that they had forgotten. when they go to the restaurant, there is a great mood and they are also very friendly, but as I say it is no longer so good and I think it is worth trying somewhere else
Last night. late delivery, wobble bhaji so burned almost broke my tooth, huh tikka rock hard, keema paratha inside was like thunder kebab meat and so greasy, chips cold. my last excerpt warns brilliant, but last night was just terrible. most of the food inedible. the last time I use this restaurant.

Went for the early bird on Thursday but it runs Sunday to Wednesday. No matter, a quick glance at the menu showed very reasonable prices. We were served poppadoms and pickles, had starters and a main with chipaties and a naan and a beer each...and the bill was just over £28. Excellent value for excellent food. We will definitely return, perfect for a treat and not much more than a take away.
