The restaurant seems to focus on freshness, but I think they need to improve their delivery schedule as some pasties and other items were past their expiration date. However, their curry rolls are wonderful and served warm, which is a highlight. Always nice food from here just right to put you on at anytime till you get home. Worth the price too and friendly staff.
Love this place, it's way better than Greg's by a long shot!!! It's much cheaper and the food tastes even better, bought a cheese and union sandwich and it was the lovely for only a pound!!! Keep it up !!!
Good value. 2. These and onion pasties for £1. Cant go wrong g even if they are small
Their tea and coffee are satisfactory, and I particularly enjoy their roasted cheese. It’s a piece of roasted bread topped with cream, and they also offer versions with bacon or sausage. They serve a decent meat tuna salad for under £2, and their pasties and cakes are much cheaper than at Greggs, and taste good too. However, I cannot recommend the curries or chili with rice, as they taste alright but come in a very small portion. When I politely requested a bit more sauce because it simply wasn’t enough (especially since there were only three small pieces), the woman behind the counter awkwardly explained that they’re only allowed to provide one portion of sauce. Many menu items are quite small now, but overall, it's still very affordable and you can find some truly tasty options if you choose carefully, as some sandwiches are not as generously filled as others.
