What alex owen doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Honestly I don’t know why this McDonalds is so bad. Feels like every time I go through the drive wait you have to wait, even if there’s no queue. The McFlurry machine barely works. Service: 1 View all feedback.

Rather eat out of my grey bin. Staff are rude, unhelpful, sarcastic when you have an issue. Fair enough it's fast food but I'd like it warm not nearly frozen Chicken nuggets especially when it's a quick fix for a child. Think you need to relook at the Health and Safety Act before you serve and educate yourselves. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
Whoever does packing for Uber eats etc is useless. Ordered breakfast sausage and pancakes for it to arrive with no butter or syrup! I only get it for the syrup mainly so to not get any is just a joke! You need to sort your staff out. I ordered off the main menu a few days ago and they’d had my order over an hour just sat there. One driver waited that long for my order he drove off. When I eventually got it it was flat cold! Absolute joke Price per person: £10–20
The only thing this McDonald's has going for it is a convenient location. It's meant to be 24 hours, but regularly closes in the early hours, without warning. Sometimes for at least a half hour. That could be a dinner break wasted, or even a taxi fair. It shouldn't say open online, if you're not. This is becoming more common. There's usually more rats in the car park than cars. Yes, I have also seen them going inside via the back door. Though a staff member did promptly chase them out, it still doesn't give a brilliant impression of hygiene. Perhaps the bins need emptying more frequently, or maybe some industrial rodent deterrents. It's common to see the bushes looking alive with the amount of rats in them. The service is poor. It's not often I go there anymore, but I always find myself surprised if the staff are pleasant. Usually there are no hellos, goodbyes, or even general manners. I'm lucky if I receive a grunt while paying. More often than not, I just get a card machine shoved in my face. The food is usually poor. I've had meals without fries and ice cubes when I requested non. I've had clap cold burgers and the wrong burgers. I've had Big Macs with no sauce, Big Macs with no cheese. Usually the food is luke warm at best. I've found that asking for a modified meal, i.e adding or removing something usually gives the best chance of getting a hot and correct meal. It's usually cold, dry and takes 15+ minutes in an empty restaurant. It's not always bad. A few months ago I received great service from the young lass at the Drive-thru and the meal was perfect. I really enjoyed that. It's a shame it's not like that every time. It shows that it can be done. I filled in the feedback survey online, as I often do. It's important to recognise good service, as much as bad. I'm not sure if it's the franchisee, management, or just the staff, but this McDonald's is a poor one, even by McDonald's standards.
Below average in every area. Cold food, clueless staff, slow service, disorganised feel on what was a quiet Monday afternoon. I dread to think what it would be like on a busy day Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
