I often stay at this hotel but have never finished work early enough to dine in their restaurant. The dining experience was quite enjoyable, with a good selection of dishes to choose from. Ok went on a spa day with a afternoon tea. after a few hours in the spirit health club we went for our afternoon tea at the restaurant bar kitchen ls1. the friendly staff, sat us in a beautiful table with comfortable sitting. after a little moment we received our favorite coffee, the selection of the fingersandwiche, the Sultana gun, the camouflaged and some cake slices that were all very nice.
Christmas party get together, good service and party snacks.
Was quiet because it was a Sunday, but our meal could not be missed, the service of david was great, and had even time to laugh, so overall was a pleasant experience.

The restaurant itself is very clean and modern, and the staff is both friendly and professional. My only complaint is that it feels a bit pricey for a hotel restaurant. While the quality of the food is good, it doesn't quite match the standards of the Marco Pierre White hotels that I also frequent. This experience, however, was a pleasant one.
She was a standout at night. Nick, the chef, did a fantastic job of putting a twist on classic Australian dishes, and every meal was delicious!
