KFC - Leeds
KFC
Description
Upon visiting KFC, patrons are met with a stark contrast in experiences. While some diners rave about perfectly cooked chicken, tender strips, and delicious gravy, others lament the dismal customer service and greasy offerings. Long drive-thru waits and inconsistent staffing behaviors amplify frustrations, particularly when dine-in guests encounter closed doors and incorrect app information. Despite the cleanliness lacking attention and service training being evident, there are glimmers of promise with fast service on busy days. Overall, KFC remains a gamble—delivering both delightful and disappointing moments in equal measure.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!! Took 20 mins in drive through, can’t scan QR code for rewards and attitude is ‘don’t care’. Asked for plates to go with boneless bucket and he gave us 1!!! Every time we go there’s a problem it’s manned by idiots!
Rare treat of a kfc Minging chips cold and recooked Chicken burger cold and minimal Best thing was the Pepsi Never again here
If greasy food is your thing, this place is for you! Practically inedible chicken because it was dripping with oil/grease. Absolutely disgusting, won’t ever return.
I haven't had a good KFC in a while, but I couldn't find any faults with this one. The chicken pieces were decent, the fries were lovely, and the gravy was perfect. It was actually worth the money this time. The only issue was that it was a bit chilly inside.
I arrived at the restaurant on Sunday at 11:30 and found the door locked. Despite being recently refurbished and open for 30 minutes, they were only serving customers through the drive-thru. The app incorrectly stated that the drive-thru was closed when it was actually open. The food was satisfactory, but it was frustrating to see the staff inside just sitting around on the countertops and not making an effort to open the restaurant for dine-in customers.
